Details:A beautiful dendriticagatependant set in 18k gold bezel on a fine gold chain. Oftencalledpicture agate, these stones are semi-precious chalcedony veined with trace metals or iron ore. The agates form in nodules left behind in ancient volcanic lava rocks and theheat and the pressure over thousands of yearscausestheformation of beautiful natural-looking tree or snowflake-like patterns in the stone. Highly collectable and one of our favorite stones, no two are alike.

Measurements:The pendant measures about 1 1/4" tall by 1" wide.The chain is 16" long.
